MERAKI Academy's mission is to reduce unemployment by providing affordable programming courses to help people change their lives.
We aim to help everybody no matter their age, level of education, employment status, background, and gender.
MERAKI Academy teaches programming from scratch using various teaching methodologies such as:

Our main program consists of 2 phases and 4 stages
The Training Phase (lasts for 5 months)
Stage 1
Covers the basics of web development such as: (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) through giving workshops, homework, and projects.
At the end of this stage, the students will be ready to learn the advanced level of web development.
Stage 2
Covers the advanced topics of web development such as: (Servers, Databases, Deployment, Full-Stack Development) using the most popular technologies, libraries, and frameworks that are used in the industry.
Teaching Agile methodology through team projects and simulating work environment.
At the end of this stage, the students will be able to build full-stack web applications from scratch similar to Facebook, YouTube and, Amazon.
Stage 3
Covers topics that increase the graduates' job placement rates by teaching how to create an appealing CV, how to apply for jobs, how to master interviews, practice problem-solving, Data Structures and, Algorithms questions.
At the end of this stage, the students will have an appealing CV and a professional LinkedIn account then you will be able to ace the job interviews.
The Support Phase (lasts up to 8 months)
Stage 4
We will be helping the graduates with their job search by giving them feedback on their CV, Cover Letters, LinkedIn account, technical and soft skills workshops, extra creating new projects, and maintaining old projects.
At the end of this stage, the students will have an appealing CV and a professional LinkedIn account and will be able to ace the job interviews.
